ABrad LLC brings structured thinking and practical execution to organizations facing complex challenges. We operate at the intersection of systems engineering, operations research, and program management — delivering requirements discipline, schedule rigor, and decision-support analytics.
Depending on the requirements of an engagement, ABrad may coordinate specialized partners and subcontractors to bring the right capability to bear. This allows ABrad to scale delivery to the requirement through direct support and, where appropriate, specialized partners.

Assessed a $30 billion Air Force enterprise portfolio, delivering strategic risk, optimization, logistics, workforce, and decision-support analyses.
Adopted by the FBI
Planned and developed a Category Management Integrated Master Schedule that was later adapted by the FBI to help standardize a requirements process.
17,000 Requirements
Led the integration of approximately 17,000 logistics requirements into 32 operational capabilities supporting enterprise planning.
780 Labor Hours / Year
Designed analytical and management tools that produced major efficiency improvements — including a manpower website saving roughly 780 labor hours annually and a data process reduced from about 12 hours to approximately 15 minutes.
Multi-Million-Dollar Test & Evaluation
Led and supported operational test and evaluation for multi-million-dollar defense programs, including test design, effectiveness and suitability assessment, verification, analytical tools, and formal evaluation reporting.

Calvin J. Bradshaw III, Ph.D.
Founder & Principal
Calvin J. Bradshaw III, Ph.D., is the Founder and Principal of ABrad LLC. He brings more than 30 years of leadership, project and program management, logistics, operations research, analytical, and organizational experience across military, government, and complex operational environments.
His work combines structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, systems thinking, project execution, and decision support to help organizations define complex problems, evaluate alternatives, manage risk, and move from planning to measurable results.
He holds a Ph.D. in Logistics, an M.S. in Operations Research, and a master's degree in Engineering Management. He is also the author of The Life Equation: From Struggle to Stillness.
